Standard domestic transit timelines typically range from 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Regional Operations & International Transit For specific regional operations, including fulfillment throughout New South Wales and broader international transit, we utilize Australia Post to maintain reliable delivery outside of our standard domestic zones. Transit times and shipping rates for these operational areas are calculated automatically at checkout based on your exact location.

Tracking Your Loadout Once your order is in transit, you will receive an automated dispatch email containing your specific tracking number. Please monitor your tracking link for real-time logistics updates and delivery confirmations so you know exactly when your gear is ready to be deployed.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping specifications are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or misrouted gear due to incorrect grid coordinates or typos in the destination address.

Lost or Damaged Equipment We pack every order to withstand the transit process. However, if your kit arrives damaged or gets lost in the logistics chain, please contact our support team immediately so we can initiate a trace with the carrier and make sure you get the gear you paid for.

We offer a thirty-day field-test return window. If your gear fails to meet structural requirements in the field, return it for a full refund.
